We’ll discuss strategies to reduce reliance on government funding, identify new revenue streams, and pursue mission-aligned funding opportunities.

Advocacy & Collaboration
We’ll also explore how nonprofits can respond to sector-wide challenges—such as delayed government payments, ICE enforcement, and increasing contract expectations—through collective advocacy and deeper collaboration.
