Webster Bank

Andrea Kantor is a Managing Director at Webster Bank and Relationship Manager on its Not-For-Profit Banking team, which she joined in 2022. She previously held leadership positions in Not-For-Profit and Healthcare Banking at JPMorgan Chase, IDB Bank, and BHI. Notably, at JPMorgan Chase, Andrea worked on the NFP regional expansion strategy in the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions, served on the bank’s Market Leadership Teams for the NYC and Long Island-Queens markets, and developed material and taught in a two-week NFP credit training program for new hire. At BHI, one of her special projects included serving as the bank’s CRA officer.

Andrea is a lifelong volunteer and currently serves on the board of American Red Cross – Long Island as well as the UJA-Federation Long Island Advisory Committee, and the Finance Committee of the Community Synagogue of Port Washington where she was previously VP of Development. Andrea also serves on the FASB Nonprofit Advisory Committee and is a member of the exclusive Nonprofit Resource Hub. Andrea is a delegate on Webster Bank’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Council, and she was featured in the Webster Women’s Network’s EmpowHer Series in 2022. She has also been honored among Crains’ Top Women in Banking and Finance and the Long Island Business News Top 50 Women in Business.

Andrea earned her BA in Economics from Tufts University. She is also a certified executive coach and has completed certificate programs in leadership from Columbia University and eCornell. Andrea enjoys hiking, cooking, listening to podcasts and spending time with family, and she lives with her spouse on Long Island.
