Nonprofit Leaders Networking Breakfast

Join us for the Nonprofit Leaders Networking Breakfast on August 17th, 9:00am to 12:30 pm.
A gathering designed exclusively for nonprofit organization leaders like you. This free event, with a health and wellness panel theme, aims to foster authentic networking, collaboration, and resource-sharing opportunities among the nonprofit community in our area.
Co-hosted by Terry Pena from Operation Hope, Kisha Chandler from Molloy School of Business, and Alicia McGrath from 100 Hispanic Women, this event promises to be a dynamic and engaging experience.
The event kicks off with a continental breakfast networking session from 9:00am to 9:30 am, allowing you to connect with fellow nonprofit leaders in a casual and friendly atmosphere. It’s a great opportunity to expand your network, forge new partnerships, and exchange ideas with like-minded individuals passionate about making a positive impact in our community.
The Nonprofit Leaders Breakfast will also feature an engaging panel discussion led by prominent nonprofit leaders in our community, focusing on the topic of health and wellness. During the panel discussion, our panelists will share their experiences, successes, and lessons learned. They will discuss strategies for promoting physical and mental well-being, innovative approaches to community health programs, and effective methods for addressing the specific health needs of our community.
We will then dive into interactive breakout table discussions on various topics. You will have the opportunity to participate in multiple discussions, with each table focusing on a specific theme.
The table topics include:
1. Fundraising
2. Current needs
3. Employee/Volunteer recruitment
4. Community outreach and social media engagement
5. Strategic Alliances
Every 15 minutes, participants will switch tables, allowing for maximum engagement and the chance to connect with a diverse range of leaders. During each rotation, attendees will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and share the organization they represent
Remember to bring plenty of business cards as we will have a table available for everyone to put their flyers for programs/events and business cards. And don’t forget to stop by our two health and wellness vendors as you walk in.
