Meet the panelists

Barbra Schulman

Vice President at Faircom New York
Barbra is a marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in multi-channel campaign strategy and management. She has a successful track record of increasing revenues through introduction of new program opportunities and improved data interpretation. Barbra spent 10 years at the March of Dimes, where she helped double revenue for the direct response department. Her other work experience includes time at companies in both the nonprofit and for profit sector including Citibank and MasterCard. She currently works with Human Rights Watch, TechnoServe, the National Urban League, and The Lustgarten Foundation, among others.

Conor Hughes

Human Resources Consultant at RealHR Solutions
Conor Hughes is a SHRM-CP certified HR professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as an HR Consultant at RealHR Solutions and a board member of the Westchester Human Resource Management Association. His expertise lies in transforming HR operations through strategic development, leadership coaching, and employee engagement. Known for his ability to align HR strategy with business goals, Conor has a track record of success in implementing effective policies and procedures that enhance organizational performance. His strategic and bottom-up approach to HR solutions, coupled with his commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, positions him as a leading figure in the human resources community.

Stacey Murrell

CEO and Partner at Turnkey 
Stacey left her job as Virginia’s “Cookie Lady,” the Girl Scouts of the Commonwealth of Virginia Director of Product Program, (think “three million boxes of Thin Mints”) to join Turnkey to serve social good organizations with out of the (cookie) box thinking. Her best in-the-bar-after-general-session story: How she moved the Girl Scouts from a 2-hour cookie pickup line to “18 minutes from Thin Mints to Samoas.” She collaborates with Turnkey’s internal staff and clients’ staffs to align resources and create the perfect teams to fit specific needs and opportunities. Stacey is focused on quality assurance and process integrity, although she is regularly called in to be the “voice of the client” during ideation sessions. Her one word – “Priority.
