About YPI

YPI is a boutique Project Management practice that provides quality project management and real estate advisory services for capital and deferred maintenance projects through site selection, design, construction and occupancy.  We represent Clients and report on the overall project schedule, budget and risks.

YPI services nonprofit, owner and other clients in all types of interior, new and major gut construction. We typically work with commercial interiors, cultural, education and healthcare projects. YPI is a minority and woman owned business.

Furniture, Low Voltage, Graphics and Relocation

  • Procurement of furniture and Pantry appliances
  • Identify and recommend audio visual, IT, security vendors
  • Work with specialized donor walls, mission statement and other environmental graphics
  • Move management, identify, recommend and procure move partners

Handover and continued support

  • Warranties and systems training
  • Procurement, furniture support
